KX-T: Can't get rid of TDA100 ICD Grp ring delay

A clumsy kludge, but if you have extra CO's available you could parallel the 
line on two CO's of the KSU.....one set for CID, one not....the non-CID line 
would ring immediately....

Just a thought....
